
HR BUSINESS PARTNER (HR BP)

Job Overview:
​
We are looking for a strategic and dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team. The HR BP will act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, act as an employee champion and change agent, and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of HR best practices and business strategies, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
​
Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
Develop contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success, and follow up to ensure training objectives are met.

Qualifications:
​
Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
Extensive employee relations experience.
Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
Be self-directed and motivated.
