The HR Generalist will play a key role in the daily operations of the Human Resources department. They will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and staffing, employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management.
The HR Business Partner (HR BP) acts as a strategic consultant and advisor to leadership on human resources-related issues. The successful HR BP will act as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HR BP seeks to develop integrated solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the business operations and its people, and a commitment to aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
